Unfortunately, but this is only a theory, because such people forget about the expenses in their household. When we go to the bank, we start to think and say that this does not apply to us and neither do we, but let us not delude ourselves that the bank will believe it.

Banks have accurate average calculations for villages and provincial cities for supporting families with children. This is average, but the bank is guided by that. How does it look in practice? Yes, we earn five thousand, but have a family with two children, according to statistics on food, clothing or a flat, we spend over four thousand zlotys.

Five thousand is a few thousand too little, because a mortgage does not cost five hundred zlotys. Such a loan is much more expensive, and yet the expenses for a family farm do not include holiday trips, holidays or medicines for children who suddenly fall ill. You can’t have everything calculated to PLN, and many people do just that. All it takes is a car to break down and there is nothing to fix it with. You need to have some supply in case you can use it.

Today, with two children and a lower income, you can count on state aid and then we will receive five hundred zlotys every month. The problem is that you can’t be guided by it, because power can change and we will be left with nothing. If someone counts only on state aid and it ends, then there is nothing left for them but to give up the apartment, but where to live? It doesn’t look so colorful at all, so if you want to apply for a loan, you have to do it wisely.

We do not buy only by impulse, because we have something interesting to keep an eye on, let’s try to do cool calculations and simulations. It is not like paying back a cash loan for three years only for several dozen years. There are no jokes here and you have to be aware of it, and with this awareness in people it really is very different. Today, fortunately, banks are taking a closer look at how many people we have in the family and whether we will support us.

That’s why getting a mortgage is not as easy as it used to be. Those who took out loans when banks did not check anything have problems today. Not to mention those people who have Swiss franc loans. There, the amount to be repaid after long years is the same as at the start. If we have income and we can afford a loan, the bank will have no problems getting even a very large amount of mortgage.

If we have too little earnings, we will have to change jobs. There is no other way, because otherwise the banks will not want to talk to us, and this is not what we mean. It is worth contacting the bank and then we’ll find out how much money you have to earn to apply for several hundred thousand zlotys. We will not waste time preparing documents if we earn too little. In a few minutes, every bank will refuse us further cooperation. It’s even good because then we will be much safer.

If we get a loan and properly support the family and the installment take all our income, you can live like that for a year or two, but certainly not twenty years. We must remember this all the more because today we are eager to reach for new Teflon, computer or TV sets. Today’s normal vacation is outside the country. It all costs and if we have money to pay installments, what will we do? Many people take extra cash loans, but this can turn into a very dangerous trap.

Mortgages in Poland are very expensive and anyone who takes a loan in other countries will tell us about it. Unfortunately, this is our consent and we ordinary citizens can not help it.
